Good to know!

California became the first state in the nation to require low-flow toilets in virtually all homes. This water-conserving measure requires low-flow toilets, shower heads and interior faucets for single-family homes exceeding 20 years in age; homes built after that date already have them. California requires 1.28 GPF (gallons per flush) compared to pre 1980 toilets that used 7 gallons per flush. Think about how much water you will be saving!
